Caveo is responsible for the design of the SKYLINK solution. This service provides broadband Internet service to business jet customers. Through the use of Mobile IP, Skylink customers are able to roam between US and Europe without losing IP connectivity. Each cabin is equipped with wireless IP phones and access points permitting customers to send and receive calls while in flight and connect to the service via 802.11 technology.

Caveo is responsible for network performance monitoring by testing and implementation of the NetScout nGenius probes, performance manager, and flow recorder.

Caveo provides technical engineering support for planning and engineering of the new DISN Core Information System network. Caveo provides additional engineering support services for the DISN Core Optical and IP network; to include lab testing, validation, and network testing prior to operational cutover.

Caveo provides Network Controllers / Operators to the DISA Global Network Operations and Security Center and Scott AFB, IL. Our engineers serve as a technical specialist responsible for monitoring and managing the classified and non-classified IP Networks consisting of Cisco and Juniper routers, switches, fiber/copper connectivity, Sun workstations, and miscellaneous network equipment.

Caveo is responsible for the design and implementation of the DoD IG IP Telephony (IPT) solution. As part of a pilot Caveo will deploy the IPT solution to two branch locations. Utilizing a centralized call processing deployment model Caveo will deploy Cisco Call Manager and Unity servers at the DoDIG headquarters location. In order to ensure voice quality and availability Caveo will implement end-to-end Quality of Service (QoS), and utilize such features as Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST), Call Admission Control (CAC) and Automated Alternate Routing (AAR).

Caveo is responsible for the design, implementation and overall project management of Finiti's new network infrastructure. Caveo IP Engineers provided Local and Wide Area Network architecture, vendor/hardware selection, implementation services, acceptance testing, and knowledge transfer. Caveo Systems Engineers developed and implemented a new Microsoft Active Directory environment, designed and rolled-out Exchange 2003, deployed Systems Management Server. Caveo Security Engineers managed all security aspects of this project such as performing policy review and compliance, risk assessment, business continuity planning and the overall network security architecture. Caveo engineers also collaborated on the design, planning and implementation of the disaster recovery server and user sites as well as the development of the overall recovery plan.
